I was brought up within a Christian home from the age of 4yrs, so have only known openness in talking about the Lord. As I have grown, this has always been a part of my everyday life, although, I have often held back because of embarrassment. I am now in the place where what other people think of me isn’t important, but being open and honest about my faith is.

With 20 years as a wife and 18 as a mother, life has brought a lot of challenges, despairs, disappointments, illnesses and accidents. But knowing that there is a God that is waiting to listen, waiting to touch the situation, has been a great comfort. It’s also been a time of growth, learning to call on the Lord when he feels so far away and situations are hard. Over the years I have matured and learnt that God is always with me, not just in the hard times. For me now, my daily knowledge and worship and praise to my Lord are what keep me sane.
